Radha Rani Krishan Balram Foundation does not offer a general refund policy for donations. However, we understand that errors can occur during the donation process. Our policy for such situations is as follows:

Incorrect Donation Amount or Multiple Deductions:

If you have entered an incorrect donation amount or if your account has been charged multiple times for a single donation, you may be eligible for a refund of the excess amount.

Refund Request Process:

Verification:

We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove refund requests based on our verification process.

Refund Timeline:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days of approval.

Time Limit for Requests:

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original donation date. Requests received after this period may not be considered.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment used for the donation.
